The Mittelmark

Dear Mittelmark Participant:

Our format is 36 holes of individual stroke play. Morning starting times will begin at 7:30 AM. The afternoon round will begin at approximately 12:30 PM. Starting times will be posted on the Mittelmark page of our club website (www.fenwaygolfclub.com), our Facebook page and announced via Twitter, and emailed to all players one week prior to the event. We suggest that you visit the website as the tournament nears for any late changes to pairings and tee times.

Our driving range and practice putting green will open at 6:45 AM and a continental breakfast will be available at 6:45 AM. Upon arrival at Fenway, you should register at the table in front of the Golf Shop. Should you need driving directions to Fenway, you may get them from our website, www.FenwayGolfClub.com or by calling the Club Office at 914-723-6000.

Fenway requires its members and guests to wear soft spikes. All Mittelmark participants will therefore be required to wear soft spike shoes.  Proper golf attire also is required. Cargo pants or cargo shorts are not permitted and collared shirts must be worn. Dress code applies to players and caddies.

Caddie fees for players reserving a club caddie are $75 per player per round or you may bring your own caddie and/or carry your own bag.

The Committee has decided to allow the use of distance measuring devices that measure distance only. A player may not use a device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g. gradient, wind speed), the penalty is disqualification whether or not such function is used.

Our course will be available to you for one practice round on any of the following days beginning at approximately 2:30pm each of the following days: May 30, June 6, 13, 18, 19, 25. You may carry your own bag, bring your own caddie or take a golf cart at no charge for your practice rounds. In addition you may walk the golf course (play will be prohibited) on Wednesday evening June 26^th. Should you wish to play on one of these days, please call the Golf Shop (914-723-1095) to schedule a time.
